Position : Relief Customer Service Officer – I
Education : BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other associated fields.
Experience : 1 years of experience in banking operations as a customer service officer.
Job Description
Maintain account opening register books
Takes the necessary care when disclosing balances or issuing documents
Check and counter signs, tickets and negotiable instruments.
Handles process of local and international money transfers.
Location : For Jimma Area Office, Debre Berhan Area Office and Debre Markos Area Office
N.B.
Terms of Employment : Permanent.
