JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Senior Marketing Research Officer
➠ Education : BA Degree in Marketing/Sales Management/Management/ Economics/Finance & Economics Development/Banking & Finance or related fields
➠ Experience : 5 year of relevant experience.
Job Description
➠ Prepare short and long-term marketing plans, goals and corresponding marketing programs and initiatives, making profit and loss trade-offs to deliver revenue and profit objectives
➠ Formulates appropriate marketing and business development strategy for the Bank
➠ Analyses and evaluates the planning process of the Bank and recommends improvements
➠ Develop appropriate research methodology for the collection, organization and analysis of statistical data according to the end user needs.
Location: For Marketing and Communication Directorate [Head Office]
Position 2: Senior Product Development Officer
➠ Education : 1st Degree in Marketing/Sales Management/Management/ Economics/Finance & Economics Development/Banking & Finance or related fields
➠ Experience : 5 year of relevant experience.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
➠ Prepare short and long-term marketing plans, goals and corresponding marketing programs and initiatives, making profit and loss trade-offs to deliver revenue and profit objectives
➠ Formulates appropriate marketing and business development strategy for the Bank
➠ Analyses and evaluates the planning process of the Bank and recommends improvements
➠ Conducts activities about the preparation and consolidation of strategic plans and annual plan of the Bank.
