Position 1: Customer Service Officer-I
Education :- BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields with 1 years of Experience in Banking operations as a Customer Service Office.
Job Description
➠ Will handle/Check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
➠ Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
➠ Maintain proper Records and Files
➠ Effects periodical payments on time.
➠ prepares and Send Reminders for unpaid Documents.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer-II
Education :- BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.
Experience :- 3 years of Experience in Banking operations as a Customer Service Office
Job Description
➠ Balances, closes and counter signs the cash book with an authorized official.
➠ Keeps dual control of vault, petty cash, and ATM machine.
➠ Follows-up and reconcile all accounts of suspense nature.
➠ Review and check the correctness of these financial documents to ensure that all information is recorded accurately.
➠ Carries out other duties as assigned.
