Position: Head of Arts
Minimum / Essential Requirements
Graduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Experience across the Ethiopian cultural sector
Experience managing complex projects with multiple partners
Experience in financial and narrative reporting
Experience in monitoring and evaluation
Experience working with organizations, practitioners, and communities
Proven interest in and understanding of cultural relations and the British Council
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
Desirable Requirements
Project management qualification
Innovative approach to the use of digital and social media to engage audiences
Experience using arts and culture as a vehicle for sustainable development
Experience securing funding for cultural programs
