1. E-Tutors City Manager
Lead our virtual education hub and ensure quality digital tutoring services.
Qualifications:

MA in Education with 10+ years teaching experience

Proven leadership and team management skills
-
Digital tools proficiency (LMS, scheduling platforms, etc.)

Strong communication & multitasking capabilities
-
Solution-oriented mindset under pressure
2. E-Exam Preparation City Manager
Drive the strategic vision of our exam prep digital city.
Qualifications:

MA in Education + 10 years of relevant teaching experience
-
Team management & operational leadership
-
Tech-savvy with virtual tools
-
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
3. Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Shape the digital presence and marketing strategy of our virtual platform.
Qualifications:
-
MA in Business or BA in Marketing with 7–9 years’ experience
-
2–4 years in managerial roles
-
Digital marketing and branding experience (preferably in tech)
-
Leadership, innovation, and data-driven decision-making
-
Deep understanding of virtual platforms and digital consumer behavior
4. Marketing Strategy Expert
Craft and execute compelling marketing campaigns across cities.
Qualifications:

BA in Business/Marketing with 4+ years experience

Strategic and analytical thinker

Strong grasp of marketing tools, channels & software

Creative problem solver
5. Social Media Expert
Build an active and engaging online presence for Bright Techno Tonic.
Qualifications:

3+ years in social media content creation and engagement
-
Deep platform knowledge (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)

Creativity + strong communication
-
Experience with analytics tools and campaign optimization
6. Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Oversee financial strategy and planning across virtual city projects.
Qualifications:

MA in Business or BA in Marketing with 7–9 years’ experience
-
2–4 years in leadership roles
-
Proficiency in Peachtree, QuickBooks, or Sage
-
Finance leadership experience in digital or tech environments preferred
-
Strategic, analytical, and excellent communicator
7. Senior Accountant
Support financial operations and virtual business compliance.
Qualifications:

BA in Accounting & Finance + 5 years experience
-
Experience with accounting systems in SaaS/tech preferred

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Agile and adaptive in fast-moving digital ecosystems
