Position Summary: Branch Manager I
Tsehay Bank invites experienced banking professionals to apply for the Branch Manager I position. The role is ideal for leaders who can manage branch operations, drive customer acquisition, and deliver superior financial services aligned with the Bank’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations including customer service, lending, and deposits
- Lead branch staff to meet performance targets and service quality standards
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, local businesses, and the community
- Manage risk, resolve escalated issues, and ensure effective cash and security control
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: BA degree from a recognized institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields
- Experience: At least 7 years of relevant banking experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Deep understanding of branch operations and financial products
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation
