JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Position 1 : Electrician
Education:
- The position requires a minimum of TVET Level 3 or Level 4/Diploma or Bachelor degree and CoC in Industrial Electricity or Electro Mechanics or Electronic Technology or Industrial Electricity or Electrical Engineering or related field of studies
Experience:
- 5 or 3- or 1-years’ experience as Electrician in FMCG factory or industrial setting
Location: (Kombolcha Plant & Raya Plant)
Position 2: Mechanic
Qualification:
- The position requires a minimum of TVET Level 3 or TVET Level 4/Diploma or Bachelor degree and CoC Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or General Mechanics or Industrial/ Manufacturing Technology or Mechanical Engineering related field of studies
Experience:
- 5 or 3 or 1 respective years’ experience as Welder in FMCG factory or industrial setting
Location: (Hawassa Plant & Raya Plant)
Position 3: Regional Sales Manager
Education:
- The position requires a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field
Experience:
- 7-8 years’ hands on progressive professional experience of in managing field sales operation in an FMCG organization and 2 years should be on managerial roles managing junior managers and/or supervisors.
Location: Mekelle Area
Position 4: Performance Head
Education:
- The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in chemistry/chemical engineering/Food science/IBD or other internationally recognized Industrial
Experience:
- 10 years’ experience in technical and leadership experience in a FMCG environment.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Category Manager – RM, PM & Auxiliary Inputs
Education:
- The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Procurement or Purchasing Management or Business Administration or Accounting or Manufacturing Management or relevant fields.
Experience:
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in related roles procurement and supply chain management in an FMCG setting.
