Qualifications
- BA Degree in:
- Purchasing and Property Management
- Procurement and Supplies Management
- Property Administration and Warehouse Management
- Auto Mechanics
- 2–4 years of experience in spare parts stock and inventory management
- Computer and IT usage skills
- Basic English writing, reading, listening, and speaking skills
Location: Hawassa Plant
Position 2: Legal Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Minimum of 2 years progressive professional experience in legal practice
- Strong knowledge of local and federal laws relevant to organizational operations
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal contracts, agreements, and standards
- Ability to communicate legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and compliance skills
- Research, analysis, and critical thinking abilities
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Method Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electromechanical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components and operations
- Strong understanding of architectural, mechanical, and electrical technologies
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Ability to read and interpret technical and safety documents
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic English and computer skills

Position 4: Medical Laboratory Technician
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science
- Valid professional license from the relevant Drug, Food, and Medicine Authority
- 3–5 years professional experience in healthcare services, preferably hospitals

Position 5: Senior Business Controller
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Management (Finance concentration)
- Professional certification preferred: CA / CMA / ACCA / CPA
- Minimum of 10 years professional experience in audit and accounting
- At least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of accounting and business control
- Good understanding of company operations and business culture
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 6: Senior Developer / IT Project Manager
Qualifications
- MSc or BSc Degree in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Or related fields
- 6 years (MSc) or 8 years (BSc) relevant experience
- At least 3 years in IT Project Management
- Hands-on experience in software development using:
- Java, C#, Node.js, JavaScript, PHP, HTML/CSS
- .NET Core, React, Express.js, Laravel, and similar frameworks
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
- Power BI (DAX)
- Power Automate
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Proven record of successful project delivery
- Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing vendors and system integrators
