Position 1: Operations Controller
Location: Zebidar Plant
Education: BA in Accounting, Management, Business Admin, or Manufacturing
Experience: 5 years (or 2 years in a similar role)
Position 2: Machinist
Location: Meta Plant
Education: TVET Level 3/4, Diploma or BA in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
Experience: 1–5 years as a welder in an FMCG or industrial environment
Position 3: Business Applications Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Education: BA in IT, Computer Science/Engineering or related
Experience: 8 years (3 in a managerial role); experience in ERP/CRM, vendor & application support
Position 4: National Warehouse Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Education: BA in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business; MBA preferred
Experience: 7–10 years in warehouse or supply chain management (2+ in national/multi-site leadership)
Position 5: Financial Business Controller
Location: Addis Ababa
Education: BA in Finance, Accounting, or Business; Chartered Accountant preferred
Experience: 8 years in finance-related roles
Position 6: Operator
Location: Meta Plant
Education: TVET Level 3/4, Diploma + CoC in Engineering or Manufacturing fields
Experience: 2 years in FMCG manufacturing
Position 7: Method Officer
Location: Meta Plant
Education: BA in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Experience: 3 years proven experience
Position 8: Business Relationship Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Education: BA in IT, Computer Science/Engineering
Experience: 8 years (3 in a managerial/supervisory role)
Position 9: Senior Export Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Education: BA in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Marketing
Experience: 4 years handling export transactions
Position 10: Ambulance Driver
Location: Hawassa
Education: Valid professional driver’s license + First Aid certification
Experience: 3 years driving in a corporate or emergency setting
