Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree completed in 2025
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Fields of Study:
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial)
- Finance & Accounting
- Marketing, Sales & Business Management
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Recent graduates and women candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Program Structure (2025–2026)
1. Onboarding & Orientation (September 2025)
Welcome session, mentor introduction, and corporate culture deep-dive.
2. Rotation 1: Core Department (Oct – Dec 2025)
Understand the fundamentals of BGI’s core operations.
3. Rotation 2: Cross-Functional Experience (Jan – Mar 2026)
Experience a different function outside your field to build a broad perspective.
4. Rotation 3: Specialization (Apr – Jun 2026)
Take ownership of tasks in your field of choice and build depth of expertise.
5. Capstone Project (Jul – Aug 2026)
Solve a real business problem, present to leadership, and drive measurable impact.
