Position: Battery Swapper
Dodai Manufacturing Plc is seeking motivated fresh graduates to join its team as Battery Swappers. This role is critical in providing efficient, customer-centric services and maintaining operational excellence in battery swapping operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the battery swapping system efficiently using mobile applications
- Manage battery logistics, including lifting and carrying batteries up to 32 kg
- Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail in all operations
- Follow assigned work schedules and complete daily operational tasks
- Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Fresh (2025) graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Confident use of mobile applications (e.g., ride-hailing, delivery, or logistics apps)
- Must have an Android smartphone
- Willingness to work 8 AM – 5 PM or 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Sunday, with a rotating day off
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain high accuracy
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
- Familiarity with electric vehicles or battery technology is a plus
