Position 1: Data Encoder
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or BA in Information Technology, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years (Diploma holders) or 2+ years (Degree holders) as a Data Encoder.
- Preferred: Previous experience in a construction company.
Skills & Responsibilities
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Accurately input and verify data in the company database.
- Organize and maintain records and files.
- Regularly update, create, and manage records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Report data-related issues and maintain confidentiality.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Office Engineer
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil Engineering software.
- Experience: Previous experience in building construction is a plus.
Skills & Responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and task prioritization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of project planning and scheduling techniques.
- Support construction projects with technical and engineering expertise.
