POSITION SUMMARY
Ayat Share Company is seeking 200 highly motivated Salespersons to support its expanding real estate operations. This is a performance-driven role offering base salary plus attractive commissions. Successful candidates will be involved in direct sales, client outreach, lead conversion, and property promotion in Addis Ababa and surrounding areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties developed by Ayat
- Identify potential buyers and generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals
- Organize site visits for clients and explain property features, pricing, and terms
- Maintain strong knowledge of market trends and competitive real estate projects
- Prepare sales reports, documentation, and client records accurately
- Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Management
- Accounting and Finance
- Civil Engineering
- Or equivalent field from a recognized university/college
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
