1. Transformation Projects Management Officer
- Qualification: BA in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in project management.
- Job Summary: Plan, oversee, and coordinate transformational projects of the Bank from initiation to completion. Ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and achievement of project objectives.

2. Strategy Implementation and Follow-up Officer
- Qualification: BA in a business-related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience (professional training in strategy/management is an advantage).
- Job Summary: Support the Bank’s corporate strategy execution by developing implementation plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring achievement of strategic objectives.

3. Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Qualification: BSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in quantity surveying/cost consulting, preferably in building construction. Professional certification in QS/Construction Management preferred.
- Job Summary: Manage construction project costs from initiation to finalization, ensuring budget compliance, cost efficiency, and financial sustainability. Provide expert advice on contracts, procurement, and cost management.

4. Principal Strategic Customer Recruitment Officer
- Qualification: BA in Social Sciences or Business (Communications, PR, or Journalism preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 8 years relevant experience. Professional or Master’s level qualifications in Business/Marketing are advantageous.
- Job Summary: Lead strategic customer acquisition, design recruitment strategies, and grow the Bank’s customer base. Ensure customer satisfaction while aligning recruitment initiatives with corporate objectives.

5. Branch Manager – Class IV Branch
- Qualification: BA in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in banking, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Job Summary: Lead and oversee branch operations, ensure compliance with banking procedures, drive customer service excellence, and manage annual budgets and operational plans.
