Position: Assistant Warehouse Officer
Tekhaf Trading PLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Warehouse Officer to support warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Supply Chain Management, Property Management, or related fields
- 0 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Stock Management
- Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy between physical and system records
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or damages
- Support warehouse organization for efficient space utilization
2. Receiving & Dispatching
- Inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity
- Supervise loading and unloading of delivery trucks
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices and waybills
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in WMS or ERP systems
- Prepare daily or weekly warehouse reports
- Ensure proper documentation and filing for audits
4. Safety & Compliance
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment
