Position: Assistant Storekeeper
This role supports warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management, ensuring efficient handling of finished goods and empty containers.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Accounting
- Management or related fields
Experience
- 0–1 year experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Experience in FMCG operations is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing empty bottle storage and container inventory
- Maintain accurate stock records and support inventory tracking
- Conduct regular finished goods (FG) stock counts
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of products (SKU, BBF, quantity)
- Support receiving and inspection of finished goods from production
- Identify and report damages, shortages, and safety issues
- Assist loading operations based on sales orders
- Ensure FEFO (First Expiry First Out) compliance during dispatch
- Record breakages and missing stock accurately
- Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors
