Position: Assembler (Fresh Graduate Opportunity)
Transsion Manufacturing is seeking energetic and detail-oriented female candidates to join its production team as Assemblers at its factory located in Akal ICT Park, Addis Ababa. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package mobile phone components and accessories.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality.
- Operate basic manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Completed 10th or 12th Grade.
- Experience: No prior work experience required.
- Gender: Female.
- Age: 18–26 years old.
- Workplace: Addis Ababa – ICT Park (Tecno Mobile Factory).
- Benefits: Free lunch and company-provided transportation services.
