Available Positions
1. Pre-Sales Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in technical sales (ERP/software solutions an advantage).
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies with ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative solution skills.
- Experience in proposal writing, client needs assessment, and negotiation.
Bonus Skills:
- ERP software implementation experience.
- Website design and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Video Editor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Production, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ proven experience as a Video Editor (creative agency, tech company, or media house preferred).
- Proficiency in professional video editing software.
- Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression.
- Familiarity with sound editing/mixing tools (advantageous).
- Basic cinematography and camera handling skills (preferred).
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Sales Director
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA/M.Sc. preferred).
- 10+ years’ progressive experience in sales (from Salesperson to Director).
- Proven track record in ERP, SaaS, or custom software sales.
- Strategic thinker with knowledge of BSC and management systems.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and cross-sector business knowledge.
- Deep understanding of Ethiopian business culture and consumer behavior.
- Fluent in Amharic & English (other Ethiopian languages are a plus).
