Position: Intern Opportunity
Amref is seeking motivated fresh graduates to join the NAGAA Project Team as interns, supporting community-level activities and project implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Public Health, Clinical Nursing, or related fields
- Fresh graduates with a maximum of 1–2 years since graduation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English, Amharic, and Oromiffa (spoken and written)
Duties and Responsibilities
The intern will support community facilitation and project implementation activities, including:
- Assisting in organizing workshops, trainings, and meetings at community, health facility, and woreda levels
- Facilitating financial and administrative logistics for events
- Supporting documentation of training, meeting, and workshop reports
- Compiling and tracking training data in the online database
- Participating in NAGAA project meetings and documenting minutes
- Preparing and submitting procurement plans to the Project Officer
- Following up on procurement progress and updates
- Assisting the project team with various implementation tasks
- Performing additional duties assigned by the supervisor
