JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Human Resource Officer
Education : BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, and related fields.
Experience : 3 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry of which 1 year as Junior HR officer.
Purpose of the Job : To effectively implement HR strategies and policy in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance, while also fostering a positive organizational culture, boosting employee engagement, and driving initiatives that support business objectives.

Position 2: Senior Human Resource Officer
Education : BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, and related fields.
Experience : 5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry of which 2 year as Junior HR officer.
Purpose of the Job : To effectively implement HR strategies and policy in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance, while also fostering a positive organizational culture, boosting employee engagement, and driving initiatives that support business objectives.
