Position 1: Receptionist
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Science, Customer Service, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Afan Oromo and Amharic speaking is mandatory
Job Summary
- Welcoming and assisting visitors and customers
- Handling calls, correspondence, and front desk duties
- Maintaining an organized and professional lobby environment
Workplace: Gelan/Akaki
Position 2: Junior Welder
Education
- Level III/IV/V in General Metal Fabrication, General Mechanics, Machine Technology, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience, especially in vehicle body fabrication
Main Role
- Joining metal parts using heat and pressure to create durable structures
Workplace: Gelan/Akaki
Salary: Negotiable and Attractive
Position 3: Accounting Information Systems Accountant (AIS)
Education
- BA Degree in Accounting Information Systems, Accounting & Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related dual-discipline programs
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Peachtree, ERP, or related applications
- Strong computer and system troubleshooting skills
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
Main Role
- Manage and maintain AIS systems
- Support system-based reporting and financial data analysis
- Participate in system audits and internal control improvements
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in manufacturing industry
- Experience in finance software support is mandatory
Workplace: Akaki/Adama

Position 4: Welder
Education
- Level IV/V in General Mechanics, Metal Technology, or related fields
Main Role
- Advanced welding (MIG, TIG, structural)
- Fabrication of metal components for specialized industries
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment

Position 5: Senior Welder
Education
- Level IV/V in General Mechanics, Metal Technology, or related fields
Role
- Perform high-skill welding and complex fabrication tasks
Experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience

Position 6: Fabrication Supervisor
Education
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
Main Role
- Oversee daily fabrication operations
- Ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards
- Supervise fabrication of vehicle bodies
Experience
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Workplace: Gelan/Akaki
Position 7: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Education
- BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
Main Role
- Design, test, and manage mechanical systems and processes
