Position 1: Luxury Residential Security Officer
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience protecting luxury high-rise buildings, four/five-star resorts, or high-end corporate complexes.
- Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment screening.
- Excellent English communication skills for incident reporting and resident interaction.
- Ability to stand, walk, remain alert for 8–12 hour shifts, and lift up to 50 lbs if required.
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- Overnight availability required
- Weekend and holiday availability required

Position 2: Luxury Residential Bell Attendant / Bell Person
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in customer service, bell service, luxury hotel, or premium resort.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-hour shifts.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 kg.
- Professional appearance and compliance with uniform standards.
