Job Responsibilities
The Junior Mechanical Engineering Officer provides technical engineering support to the bank’s lending and operational divisions. Under the guidance of senior engineers, the officer will be responsible for:
- Conducting physical inspections of mechanical assets offered as loan collateral.
- Supporting the valuation and assessment of mechanical assets.
- Providing technical engineering assistance to relevant banking divisions.

The Senior Customer Service Officer for District is responsible for supporting overall branch performance by overseeing customer service, business development, digital banking, foreign currency earnings, and branch operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing customer service and business development activities.
- Supporting digital banking services and foreign currency earnings.
- Managing branch-wide operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Developing and implementing operational plans and budgets.
- Supporting the achievement of branch performance objectives.
