Available Positions
1. Customer Service Officer I
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience
Key Competencies:
- Understanding of general financial products and services
- Knowledge of bank accounting procedures
- Ability to respond to client inquiries, advise, and resolve requests
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and core banking systems
Duty Station: Addis Ababa

2. Branch Manager I
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of professional banking experience, including at least 1 year as Customer Service Manager or equivalent role
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Excellent team building, leadership, and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Knowledge of commercial law and banking regulations
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and strong organizational skills
- Human resources management and staff supervision
Duty Stations: Hawassa, Arba Minch, Hossaena, Furi Branches
