Position: Senior Agency & Merchant Banking Officer
Educational Requirements:
- BSc/BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Management, Economics, MIS, IT, or other related fields.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector.
- At least 2 years of direct experience in Mobile Banking, Agency Banking, Merchant Online Banking, or related roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand and manage the bank’s agency banking network.
- Promote and grow digital and agency banking services.
- Acquire, onboard, and retain digital banking customers.
- Handle merchant banking services including international acquiring.
- Ensure compliance with the bank’s strategic goals and regulatory standards.
