Position: Data Clerk Intern
Agriterra Ethiopia is seeking a motivated Data Clerk Intern to support data management, monitoring, and evaluation activities across its programs. The intern will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, ensuring systematic documentation, and supporting evidence-based decision-making within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital project data records.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across project systems.
- Support monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes.
- Manage documentation related to partner cooperatives and project stakeholders.
- Generate and submit monthly data reports to support project planning and performance tracking.
Qualification Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in data recording, database management, or business development.
- Prior exposure to marketing, entrepreneurship, or sales is advantageous.
- Experience using Kobo Tool is an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages:
- Fluency in English and Amharic; knowledge of additional local languages is desirable.

- Detail-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated.
