Aggar Micro Finance S.C, the first commercial private microfinance institution established under Proclamation No. 40/96 (currently replaced by Proclamation No. 626/2009), is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for multiple vacant positions.

Position 1: Auditor
Qualification:
- BA/College Diploma in Accounting or related field
Experience:
- 2/6 years of relevant experience
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of microfinance business
- Strong understanding of auditing methodologies
- Knowledge of company operations
- Ability to undertake financial analysis
- Excellent verbal communication and report writing skills
- Basic computer skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) – Mandatory

Position 2: Manager, Credit Portfolio Management
Qualification:
- MA/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related field
Experience:
- 4/6 years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years in senior positions
Required Skills
- Broad knowledge of microfinance business
- Strong communication and human relations skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and credit reports
- Proficiency in portfolio tracking and reporting tools
- Ability to define and track KPIs
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) – Mandatory

Position 3: Director, Strategy Partnership & Business Development
Qualification:
- MA/BA Degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or related field
Experience:
- 7/9 years of relevant experience
- 3 years at managerial level in Banks or Microfinance Institutions

- Broad knowledge of financial industry
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Experience in negotiating strategic partnerships
- Project management and business development skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience in developing financial products
- Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) – Mandatory

Qualification:
- MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related field
Experience:
- 8/10 years of relevant experience
- 4 years at managerial position in Banks or Microfinance Institutions

- Recruitment, talent development, and performance management skills
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, treasury management, and share administration
- IFRS application skills
- Financial analysis and accounting software skills
- Investment evaluation skills
- IT systems integration experience
- Understanding of corporate governance principles
- Crisis management, decision-making, and communication skills
