➠ Education : BA/College Diploma in Management/ Accounting or related field
➠ Experience : 2/6 years of relevant experience

Position 3: Branch Accountant
➠ Education : BA Degree/ Diploma in Accounting or related field
➠ Experience : 2/6 years of relevant experience
➠ Place of Work : Addis Ababa
Position 4: Branch Manager I
➠ Education : BA Degree in Marketing/ Management/Economics/ Accounting or related field
➠ Experience : 4 Years of relevant experience of which
➠ 2 years senior Credit & Loan Officer
➠ QTY : 3
➠ Place of Work : Addis Ababa Branches
Position 5: Manager, General Accounts Division
➠ Education : BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field
➠ Experience : 6 years relevant experience 2 of which in senior positions
➠ Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices
➠ Comprehensive knowledge of microfinance business
➠ Excellent knowledge of the financial regulations of the government
➠ Good knowledge of company governing policies
➠ Ability to prepare statement of accounts IFRS application skills
