Position Summary: Junior Structural Engineer
AEE is seeking motivated and talented Junior Structural Engineers to support its growing operations. The role involves structural design, computer modeling, and engineering analysis while working in an innovative and professional environment.
Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Civil Structural Engineering with 0 years of experience required
OR
- B.Sc. in Civil Structural Engineering Design
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Minimum CGPA of 3.5
Additional Requirements:
- Professional English communication skills
- Good structural/statical computer modeling skills
- Awareness and usage of AI tools
- Applicant must currently reside in Addis Ababa
Required Skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good computer programming skills
- BIM and CAD skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Fast learning ability and eagerness to improve
- Strong professional ethics
- Good personal management skills
- Deep interest in structural engineering design
