Participants in the Internship Program are selected on a competitive basis, depending on the business needs of the Bank.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must have attained the age of majority in their country of nationality and be not more than 30 years old at the time of commencement.
- Must be currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in a recognized institution.
- May apply within one (1) year of having obtained such a degree.
- Must be nationals of the member countries of the Bank.
- Must provide a letter confirming enrollment or a copy of the obtained degree.
- Must be fluent in at least one of the Bank’s working languages (English or French).
- Must have proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); knowledge of SAP is desirable.
