Addis International Bank S.C (AdIB) is a young private commercial bank established by cooperatives, unions, and individual investors. Over the past years, the bank has been steadily growing and contributing to Ethiopia’s banking sector development.
The bank is currently inviting fresh graduates to apply for its IT Graduate Trainee Program, designed to develop future professionals for the bank’s Information Technology department.
POSITION: IT – Graduate Trainee
Job Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Information Technology
- Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Other related fields
- Graduation Year: 2025 / 2026 G.C
- Minimum CGPA: 2.50 and above
- Exit Exam Result: 50% and above
ABOUT THE TRAINEE PROGRAM
The IT Graduate Trainee Program is a structured one-year training designed to:
- Develop future IT professionals for the bank
- Provide hands-on experience in banking IT operations
- Build technical and problem-solving skills
- Prepare trainees for permanent placement within the bank
During the program, trainees:
- Support daily IT operations
- Participate in system improvement projects
- Work under close supervision of department heads
- Gain cross-functional banking IT experience
