Position: Intern Sales Representative
Qualification Requirements:
- BA Degree in Sales & Marketing or any related field.
- Fresh graduates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement:
- Generate leads and actively promote residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
- Conduct property presentations, showings, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Convince potential customers to close deals while protecting company interests.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Advise clients on market trends, property values, legal requirements, and financing options.
- Evaluate clients’ needs and financial capacity to propose suitable solutions.
- Record customer interactions, appointments, follow-ups, and feedback on the CRM system.
- Coordinate contract signing processes and record sales transactions.
Team Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team Leader and colleagues to share best practices.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales campaigns.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Represent supervisors in their absence when required.
Market & Competitor Awareness:
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to management on opportunities, client needs, and market conditions.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Compliance & Professionalism:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Maintain the company’s professional image at all times.
- Attend field visits, property exhibitions, and networking events as needed.
