Position 1: Intern Data Analyst
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with CGPA 3.0+ in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (including internships or project-based work).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
- Keen eye for visualization and design – ability to create dashboards, visuals, and graphics that effectively communicate insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of analytical tools is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership or decision-making abilities through academics or extracurriculars.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development.

Position 2: Junior Analyst
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with CGPA 3.0+ in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (including internships or project-based work).
- Strong analytical, visualization, and design skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of analytical tools is an advantage.
- Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to continuously learn and grow professionally.
