Position: Junior E-Learning Designer and Developer
Education: BSC Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information System, Electrical and Computer Engineering or other related fields. Certification in Graphic Design, Instructional Design and Video Editing and Animation Specialist is advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years cognate experience.
Job Objective:
- To ensure eLearning content development, including analysis, design, development, and implementation of the highest quality, innovative digital learning for BOA employees.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Create gamified, responsive, interactive, and engaging online content using programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other techniques.
- Design and develop eLearning content using authoring tools and multimedia technologies like Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other related tools.
- Collaborate with teams in the design, development, and testing of instructional materials and online courses.
- Review and test new and revised curriculum offerings from other team members, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement; contribute to new curriculum or program ideas.
- Administer and manage tasks on the Learning Management System and digital repository.
- Support the implementation of user experience design principles and best practices for creating user-friendly online learning interfaces.
- Create innovative graphics and illustrations using relevant software applications to produce visually appealing designs.
- Actively work on video production, including video recording both in the e-studio and in the field.
- Properly manage and control multimedia e-studio equipment and activities for effective and efficient utilization.
- Visualize and implement storyboards as per instructional design principles, methodologies, and requirements.
- Develop Elearning content and other activities within defined timelines, specified scopes, and quality standards.
