Position: Marketing Officer / Content Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing (preferably in real estate)
- Strong communication and creative writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus
Desired Attributes:
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
- Understanding of real estate marketing is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Develop content strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage and oversee all content production including graphics, captions, and videos
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Support real estate marketing initiatives and campaigns
