Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing a friendly, timely, and solutions-focused experience to clients and platform users. You will play a key role in managing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting customer satisfaction via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Accurately resolve customer complaints and track issues
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to fulfill requests
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records
- Learn the company’s services and tools to provide knowledgeable support
- Assist with order processing, forms, applications, and follow-ups
- Manage junior customer service representatives as needed
- Gather and share customer feedback to improve service quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 0–1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or similar support role
- Fluency in English (required); additional language skills are an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Calm, courteous demeanor under pressure
- Familiarity with social media and digital tools
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling customer complaints via phone/chat
- Strong team collaboration and adaptability
- Excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Proactiveness in following up and ensuring issue resolution
