Requirements:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Relevant professional experience
2. Treasury Management Officer
Location: Addis Ababa – Head Office
Requirements:
- BA Degree in related fields
- 4 years of banking experience, with 2 years as Junior Treasury Management Officer
3. Senior Risk Management Officer
Location: Addis Ababa – Head Office
Requirements:
- MA/BA Degree in business-related fields
- 3/5 years of banking experience, with 2 years in risk management
- IFB knowledge is advantageous
4. Banking Business Officer I
Locations: Dire Dawa & Bedele
Requirements:
- BA Degree in relevant fields
- 1 year of banking operations experience
Key Competencies: - Sales & Marketing

- IFB Product Knowledge

5. Senior Banking Business Officer
Locations: Dire Dawa & Bedele
Requirements:
- BA Degree + 3 years of banking experience, with 2 years in branch banking
Key Competencies: - Branch Operations
- Customer Service & IFB
- Communication & Problem Solving
- Knowledge of local language is a plus
6. Branch Manager
Location: Dire Dawa
Requirements:
- BA Degree + 5 years of banking experience, including 2 years as a senior officer
Key Skills: - Branch Management & Sales
- High-performance team building
- Coaching, Mentoring, Communication
- Internal Control & Core Banking Systems
- IFB knowledge and local language preferred
7. Manager, Financing Follow-Up & Portfolio Management
Location: Addis Ababa – Head Office
Requirements:
- MA/BA in business-related fields
- 6/8 years of experience, with 2 years in credit portfolio or team leadership
- IFB knowledge is advantageous
