As a CCTV Camera Operator & Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and operational efficiency of YENCOMAD’s facilities through continuous surveillance and equipment maintenance.
Key Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- BA Degree in System Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in CCTV operations or security systems
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitoring: Live and recorded surveillance footage
- Equipment Operation: Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems
- Incident Reporting: Alert and report any suspicious activities or breaches
- Data Management: Store and manage surveillance data securely
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine system checks and repairs
- Communication: Coordinate with relevant departments and authorities
- Access Control: Ensure secure access within premises
- Support Investigations: Provide footage and records when required
- Shift Work: Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule
Work Environment
- Operates indoors in a central control room
- May work independently or as part of a team
- Frequent communication via telephone or radio
- Rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
