Position: After-Sales Salesperson
Role Summary:
The After-Sales Salesperson will support customer service operations by ensuring client satisfaction after the sale of Woda vehicles. This role is ideal for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals with a background in engineering and an interest in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers after vehicle purchase to understand their service needs and concerns.
- Coordinate maintenance, repair, and warranty services for Woda Bajaj vehicles.
- Liaise with mechanics, technicians, and service teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide customers with accurate information on service schedules, spare parts, and warranty coverage.
- Record, monitor, and resolve customer complaints and service requests.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on after-sales activities.
- Support continuous improvement of after-sales processes through customer feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–1 year of experience in after-sales, customer relations, or the automotive industry.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and components.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High motivation to learn and grow within the company’s after-sales department.
