1. Secretary
Qualification:
- Diploma with 4 years relevant experience (COC mandatory), OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field (experience not explicitly required).
Job Purpose:
Provide effective secretarial and office administration services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Place of Work: Head Office
2. Branch Manager IV – IFB
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year as Branch Manager III-IFB, Assistant Branch Manager II-IFB, or Customer Service Supervisor II-IFB.
Job Purpose:
Drive sustainable branch growth through customer acquisition, retention, product cross-selling, and operational excellence.

3. Branch Manager III
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in the banking/financial sector, including 1 year as Branch Manager IV or equivalent.
Job Purpose:
Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction through branch leadership, product marketing, and service quality improvements.
Place of Work: Dilla Branch
4. Construction Project Manager
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction project management or as Project Engineer.
Job Purpose:
Manage construction projects with accountability for time, budget, safety, and quality standards. Includes planning, inspections, resource allocation, and project closeout.
