VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C) is a legally established institution under Proclamation No. 40/96, providing financial services to low-income and productive communities across rural and urban areas of Ethiopia. The institution operates in four regional states and continues to expand its reach to support underserved populations through responsible microfinance solutions.
VisionFund MFI is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions.
Position 1: Senior Property Valuation Engineer
Qualification
- BSc degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in banking or microfinance institutions.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Reconciliation and Settlement Accountant
Education/Training
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting.
Experience
- 2 years of experience for Bachelor’s degree holders.
- 4 years of experience for diploma holders.
- Experience must be in related roles within banks or microfinance institutions.
Duty Station: Head Office
Position 3: Human Capital Business Partner Division Manager
Education/Training
- MBA/MA/BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years (for MA/MBA) or 9 years (for BA) of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership position, preferably within MFI or banking institutions.
Required Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, planning, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to teamwork and gender equality.
- Strong computer proficiency.
