The Non-Life Claims Junior Officer is responsible for supporting the administration, processing, and monitoring of general insurance claims.

• Handling claims promptly and professionally

• Acting as a liaison between clients, insurers, assessors, and internal teams
• Supporting efficient claim settlements while maintaining service quality
