About Tsedey Bank
Tsedey Bank is one of Ethiopia’s fast-growing financial institutions that recently transitioned from a microfinance institution into a fully licensed commercial bank. Available Positions and Requirements
Position 1: Senior Application Officer
Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Information Systems
- Information Science
- Software Engineering
- Data Science
- Analytics
- Management Information Systems (MIS)
- or other related disciplines
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
- At least 1 year must be at Officer II level or equivalent in a related position
- Experience must be directly related to banking operations

Position 2: Principal Core Banking Officer
Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Information Systems
- Information Science
- Software Engineering
- Data Science
- Analytics
- Management Information Systems (MIS)
- or other related disciplines
Work Experience
- Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience
- At least 1 year must be in a senior position
- Experience must be directly related to banking and core banking systems
