Available Positions
Position 1: Junior Industrial Engineer
Educational Qualification: BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates welcome)
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in new machine fitting across human, machine, material, method, and environment (5M1E)
- Summarize tests, identify trouble spots, review improvement plans
- Prepare FMECA (Failure Mode Effect Critical Analysis) reports
- Convert Chinese procedures to Amharic operating and inspection manuals
- Organize departmental documentation and workflow
- Analyze workload and set labor standards
- Ensure workplace ergonomics and employee safety
Position 2: Junior Process Engineer
Educational Qualification: BSc in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates welcome)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor 4M1E factors (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment) daily
- Identify production problems, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective measures
- Maintain production records and documentation
- Lead assembly processes and manpower allocation on the shop floor
- Analyze KPIs, develop improvement plans, and drive continuous improvement
- Prepare and update training materials, conduct online training, and evaluate operator competency
Position 3: Junior Machine Engineer
Educational Qualification: BSc in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates welcome)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calibration and preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Manage equipment procurement and maintain maintenance logs
- Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly
- Validate and integrate new equipment into production
- Maintain essential equipment documentation, including checklists and maintenance schedules
- Collect and analyze data to improve equipment performance
Position 4: Junior Repair Engineer
Educational Qualification: Level IV or V in Electronics
Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates welcome)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily maintenance and repair reports
- Analyze defects and provide feedback for corrective actions
- Ensure repaired products meet quality and functionality standards
- Update technical skills through training and workshops
- Achieve repair productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Perform repairs, rework, testing, and document all activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy workshop environment
