Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 2 years of relevant work experience /or Level 4 diploma in Accounting with 3 years of relevant work experience, experience in Import & Export Companies is preferred.
Job description
➠ Prepare and file monthly tax reports (Pension, Income, Withholding, and VAT) in compliance with Ethiopian tax regulations.
➠ Enter tax-related data accurately into the Ethiopia Revenue website for online submissions.
➠ Record and maintain tax transactions using Peachtree accounting software.
➠ Reconcile tax liabilities and payments on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy.
➠ Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and ensure compliance with current regulations.
➠ Support year-end tax preparation and assist with audits or tax inquiries.
➠ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records related to tax transactions.
➠ Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive tax and financial information.
