JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Junior Associate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- 0-1 years of experience in a project coordination or support role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast learning ability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to understand and analyze complex processes.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 2: Accountant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (preferred).
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
