Scholarship Benefits
The SIIT Graduate Scholarships 2025-26 (EFS Program) are fully funded and provide the following coverage:
- Full tuition and educational support fees (including thesis support)
- Living allowance: 10,000 Baht per month
- Round-trip airfare tickets (economy class, direct route)
- Visa fee and airport taxes (up to 10,000 Baht)
- Health and accident insurance for the scholarship duration
Duration of Study
- Masters Degree: 2 years
- PhD Degree: 3 years

Required Documents
Applicants must prepare and upload the following:
- Statement of Purpose (minimum 1 page)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
- Official Academic Transcripts:
- Masters: Bachelor’s transcript (GPA ≥ 2.75)
- PhD: Bachelor’s + Master’s transcripts (GPA ≥ 3.50)
- English proficiency test (TOEFL, IELTS, TU-GET, or TOEIC) Optional — application accepted without test scores
- Two Recommendation Letters (at least one academic)
- Passport or National ID Copy
- Recent Photograph (JPEG format, 1×1.5 inches)
- Research publications or certificates (if any)
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the SIIT Graduate Scholarship 2025-26, candidates must:
- Be a non-Thai citizen and not hold Thai nationality
- Demonstrate excellent academic performance
- Be in good health and of good conduct
- Not currently receiving another scholarship
- Provide strong academic recommendations
