Open Positions
Position 1: Public Relations Officer
Location: Head Office – Addis Ababa
Minimum Requirements:
- BA in Management, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Public Relations within a banking or financial institution
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement internal and external communications strategies
- Manage media relations, press releases, and promotional campaigns
- Support branding and reputation management of the bank
- Organize public engagements and handle stakeholder communication
Position 2: Senior Talent Acquisition Officer
Location: Head Office – Addis Ababa
Minimum Requirements:
- BA in HRM, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
- 4 years of banking experience, specifically in talent acquisition or recruitment
Role Overview:
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes to attract top-tier banking professionals
- Develop recruitment strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Administer onboarding and ensure regulatory compliance in hiring
- Contribute to organizational structure design and workforce planning
Position 3: Senior Graphic Design Officer
Location: Head Office – Addis Ababa
Minimum Requirements:
- MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in advanced graphic design, preferably in the banking or fintech sector
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, motion graphics, video editing, and 3D animation
Duties:
- Design high-quality digital and print visuals for branding, campaigns, and digital channels
- Create motion graphics and video content for promotional and training purposes
- Maintain visual consistency across all platforms
- Collaborate with communications and IT departments to align designs with business goals
Position 4: Branch Manager I
Vacancies: 7 Positions
Location: Various Branches
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BSc (preferably MA/MBA/MSc) in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum 6 years’ banking experience, with at least 2 years as a Business Manager, Operations Manager, or CSM
Role Summary:
- Oversee branch-level operations and staff performance
- Drive business growth and ensure compliance with internal policies and NBE regulations
- Lead customer acquisition, service quality, and risk management initiatives
- Monitor financial performance and reporting at the branch level
