- Experience: 12 years & above in Building Construction, from which at least 10 years on the specified position
- Experience in Construction Companies is mandatory.

Position 3: Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Expert
- Education: MSc, B.Sc. Degree in Industrial Plumbing Eng’g
- Experience: 12 years & above in Building Construction, from which at least 10 years on the specified position
- Experience in Construction Companies is mandatory.

Position 4: Equipment Administration and Maintenance Division Head
- Education: BSc. Degree in related field of study
