To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Sales Executive who will play a key role in driving revenue growth, improving sales performance, and supporting the overall business strategy.
Position: Sales Executive – Hospitality & Business Development
The Sales Executive will analyze sales data, track performance, and support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong communication skills and a passion for the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the sales team to track and achieve targets.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and pricing models.
- Monitor the effectiveness of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update the sales database with accurate information.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales analysis or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with sales tracking tools.
